Order

If you are 18 years or older, you are welcome to shop with us. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-4 business days for Sweden and 3-7 business days for other EU countries. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Order well in advance of your wedding. Rock in my box does not refund shipping or return fees for orders that have not arrived in time for the wedding but have been delivered within 14 business days from the placed order. If any delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at [email protected].

Payment & Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. For orders within the EU, VAT of 25% is included. Any additional costs are to be paid by you as the customer.

Payment is simple and secure with Klarna. At checkout, you choose whether you want to pay by debit/credit card, Swish, through your online bank, invoice, or installment payment. We reserve the right to price changes caused by changes in prices from any of our suppliers, currency fluctuations, incorrectly stated prices in the online store or on our social media. We reserve the right to adjust the price.

Uncollected package

Packages that are not picked up at the agent within the specified time and are therefore returned to us will be charged 200 SEK. The amount will be deducted from the sum that may be refunded to you as a customer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us if you change your mind. Send an email to [email protected] and provide your name, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns. The return must be approved by us before it is sent back. 
  • We will send you a return label via email. Print out the label and attach it to the package. In some cases, you may receive a link to show to your shipping agent, who will then print the return label for you. 
  • You must promptly return the products to us, no later than 14 days from when you received your order. The cost of return shipping is the same as the shipping cost at the time of order, 49-79 SEK within Sweden and 99-149 SEK within the rest of the EU.
  • When returning an item, you as the customer are responsible for the product, so it is important that the item is not damaged during transport. For a full refund to be processed, the item must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging. It is important to use outer packaging and not to attach tape or other materials to the original packaging. You have the right to open the package and inspect the item, but you must not use it.
  • If you as a customer have handled the item more than necessary and this has caused the returned item to be of lesser value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the refund amount. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • We process your return and the corresponding refund within 3 days from when we have received the package. We adjust the amount (deduct the return shipping) and refund your money via Klarna.

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.  
  • Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a distinct personal touch according to your wishes.  
  • Products included in a promotion or sale where it is explicitly stated on this page that the products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to correct the fault free of charge. You should always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.

This is how to proceed with a complaint:

  • Any faults or defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, email address, order number, and a description of the fault. 
  • If we are unable to fix the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims. 
  • We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For claims, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Complaints, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We assume no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as there may be slight color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

Privacy and Cookie Policy

Dispute and Choice of Law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

A dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
